As for the sentiment regarding Law, at this point he can't even be surprised. He's overheard Law commenting to the others how this is hardly his first time in prison.]
We were trying to work out where the orb was, and Finn could sense it right above the war room, so... they decided to try and break through the ceiling, and I didn't exactly stop them.
[He's not sure he could have, and if it had just been Finn and Daisy he probably would have tried to look less associated with the attempt, but he wasn't going to throw Law under the bus, so prison it is!]

I don't think so, not badly anyway. Just thrown in here to sit and wait. We've let our teammates on the outside know, though, so hopefully they're working on a rescue plan.
