Rosinante has the ability to silence himself and anything he interacts with, or likewise, he can do so to anyone else he wishes so long as he can touch them. He's unlikely to do this maliciously; however, please reply below if you would like to specifically allow or disallow him to temporarily mute your character, and any added notes or conditions you might have.
